How I work

About Caroline
A practice shaped by personal experience as well as professional training.
Caroline discovered the transformative power of hypnotherapy during a career break after a decade in an executive role. Conventional therapy helped to a point, but hypnosis was what helped move long-held fears, grudges, anxious habits, and relational strain in a more practical way.
That experience informs the tone of the practice now: warm but structured, emotionally intelligent, and interested in real change rather than vague uplift.
How hypnosis works
No mind control. No going “under.” Just focused therapeutic work.
All hypnosis is self-hypnosis and no one can make you do anything you do not want to do. You remain aware of the session, and suggestions only work if they feel right to you.
Many people are a good fit for hypnotherapy when they are open to experimenting with new ways of thinking and behaving, and when they want time and space with an experienced listener who can help them feel calm while exploring their options.
